Rubodex Herbal – Refund, Cancellation & Terms of Service Policy

Rubodex Herbal Pvt Ltd is dedicated to providing a high-quality shopping experience with products crafted to support our customers’ personal care and wellness needs.

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, as they cannot be resold or reused.

Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, Rubodex Herbal does not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product and packaging at the time of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

In rare cases where a product is damaged, defective, leaked, broken, missing, or a different product has been delivered, the customer may request a refund or exchange.

Such claims must be supported by:

  • A mandatory unboxing video showing the original package from the time it was received and clearly showing the reported issue.
  • Clear supporting images showing the product, packaging and reported damage or discrepancy.

Rubodex Herbal reserves the right to verify the claim before approving any refund or replacement.

3. Reporting & Verification Requirements

For any damage, leakage, breakage, missing item, wrong product or other delivery-related claim:

  • The customer must contact Rubodex Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The customer must provide the mandatory unboxing video and relevant images.
  • The subject line should mention “Refund for [Product Name]” where applicable.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
  • All claims are subject to verification by Rubodex Herbal.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved:

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable where such charges have already been incurred or paid to the logistics service provider.
  • Cash-on-delivery refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within approximately 4–7 business days after the required details have been received and the refund has been processed.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 15 business days from the approval date to be credited, depending on the payment method and banking/payment gateway processing time.
  • Rubodex Herbal will provide relevant transaction or refund details once the refund has been initiated.

5. Exclusions

Rubodex Herbal is not responsible for damage or deterioration occurring after delivery or for problems arising from:

  • Improper use of the product
  • Failure to follow the product’s usage instructions
  • Negligence or mishandling after delivery
  • Individual sensitivity or allergic reaction to any ingredient
  • Use of the product contrary to the instructions provided with the product

Customers are advised to review the ingredients and usage instructions and conduct a patch test where appropriate before using personal care products.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

A payment gateway/processing charge of 2.5% may apply to cancellations where payment processing charges have already been incurred.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a shipped prepaid order is returned to Rubodex Herbal, a 75% deduction from the amount paid will apply to the refunded amount.

This deduction covers the costs and losses associated with the shipped and returned order, including applicable shipping, return shipping, handling, logistics and other non-recoverable charges.

The remaining eligible refund amount, after the applicable deduction, will be processed in accordance with our refund processing timelines.

3. Non-Cancelable Orders

Orders placed using additional, promotional or special discounts are non-cancelable once the order has been confirmed.

Important Note Regarding Returns

Due to the hygiene and personal-care nature of our products, allowing returns of opened or used products would compromise product safety, quality and hygiene standards.

This policy is intended to protect the safety and integrity of our products while ensuring that genuine issues such as damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly delivered products are appropriately addressed.

User Agreement

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
