Orders Within India

All orders within India are processed within 1 business day, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Domestic Delivery

  • Processing Time: Within 1 business day
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service and unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Orders are shipped through reputed logistics service providers from our respective warehouses.

International Orders

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses through reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following time for processing and delivery after placing your order.

International Shipping & Delivery

All international orders are processed within 1 business day, except on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–12 business days
  • We ship to all regions worldwide, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.
  • UK: Delivery within 6 working days
  • Europe: Delivery within 6 working days

International Shipping Charges

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE and other international destinations: Free international shipping on orders of USD 35 or above.
  • Orders below USD 35: Flat shipping charge of USD 10.
  • UK: Free delivery on orders above £45. Orders below £45 are charged £5 for delivery.
  • Europe: Free delivery on all orders.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we follow the customs policy below.

Countries Where Duties & Taxes Are Prepaid by Rubodex

For orders shipped to:

  • United States (USA)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Singapore
  • UAE
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • New Zealand
  • All European countries

All applicable Customs Duties, VAT, Import Taxes and Handling Charges are prepaid by Rubodex Herbal Pvt Ltd.

Customers in these countries do not need to pay anything additional at the time of delivery. The amount paid at checkout is the final amount.

Other International Destinations

For countries not listed above, shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs Duty
  • Import Duty
  • VAT
  • Government taxes or other applicable charges

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be borne by the customer.

Such charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Customers are advised to check the applicable import duties and taxes through their respective government customs portals before placing an order.

Important Customs Note

If a customer from a destination where duties and taxes are not prepaid refuses to pay applicable customs charges:

  • Any applicable shipping and return charges, including return duties, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • A refund will be processed only after the shipment is returned to us in good condition.
  • If the parcel is destroyed, abandoned or disposed of by customs authorities due to non-payment of applicable charges, no refund will be issued.
